Based on the agreement, you will either purchase their own shipping label or HYP will provide you a UPS shipping label to ship the product within 24-48 hours of an agreement. HYP will only provide a shipping label to domestic sellers located in the US. International sellers are welcome to ship us product(s) using their own shipping labels.

If HYP is providing a shipping label to you, the labels are insured and we will make a claim in order to reimburse you properly.

Within 24-48 hours of your package being delivered, HYP will inspect your product(s) to ensure authenticity and that it matches the described condition from your submission. Once this is confirmed, HYP will pay you out accordingly via Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, ACH, or Wire, based on the amount and previous agreement.
